1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Ozark Solutions Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services or platforms.

2.Services

Ozark Solutions Inc provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to, Google Adwords, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, traditional advertising, content creation, and online advertising. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between Ozark Solutions Inc and the client.

3.Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of services. Clients must also comply with any guidelines or requirements specified by Ozark Solutions Inc to ensure the successful delivery of services.

4.Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Clients are responsible for the timely payment of all fees. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5.Confidentiality

Ozark Solutions Inc agrees to keep confidential all information provided by the client, including business strategies, financial information, and any other proprietary information. Similarly, clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by Ozark Solutions Inc.

6. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created as a result of the services provided by Ozark Solutions Inc shall be owned by the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Ozark Solutions Inc retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for analytical and marketing purposes.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services provided by Ozark Solutions Inc with written notice. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for any outstanding fees incurred up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ozark Solutions Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of the provision of services. In no event shall the total liability of Ozark Solutions Inc exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state of Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

Ozark Solutions Inc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
